雖然離Wii正式發售還有一點點時間，除了那些已經拿到手的幸運兒以外，大部分的人連開關都還沒按過。不過已經有人按捺不住，想要對裡面動手動腳啦！在任天堂上一任的主機GameCube上，有人成功的搞出了一套可以用的Linux LiveCD：GameCube-Linux。既然GC上OK，那麼下一代的Wii呢？薩爾達傳說都可以弄成雙版本來搶錢，沒道理Linux就不行吧！

於是Wiili計劃就開始了，其目標自然就是做出一套可以在Wii上面跑的Live CD。雖然網站已經開始運作，但到目前為止主要都是在倒數和畫餅而已，畢竟連摸都還沒摸到嘛！（不如Engadget主站捐一台過去？）不過有了GC-Linux的經驗當基礎，希望可以很快就有成果出來囉！

不過，希望不是叫我們拿Wii Remote在空中寫字來輸入 ._.
