Samsung 讓 32GB、64GB CF 記憶卡非夢事！

咱們剛聊完 8GB 以及 16GB 的 SD 記憶卡不過短短的十天，日前 Samsung 就拿出了 40 奈米製程的 NAND 快閃記憶晶片來嚇大家，為未來 32GB 甚至是 64GB CF（compact flash）記憶卡鋪路。

根據 Samsung 的新聞稿中，新的晶片利用了 Charge Trap Flash 結構技術，大大減低了資料單元間的干擾。而這下也就又讓大家想到了快閃記憶體的摩爾定律該怎樣去定義的問題，Samsung 倒是這樣告訴大家：｢ 40 奈米製程的技術、32Gb 的 NAND 快閃晶片的出現，代表著一個新的詮釋，也就是每十二個月，第七代的 NAND 晶片的單位容量（密度）就可以有兩倍的提升，這也是三星半體事業總裁黃昌圭博士（ Dr. Chang Gyu Hwang）在 2002 年的尖端半導體電路技術國際會議（ISSCC 2002）演說所提及的。｣

照這樣算下去的話，大概一年內筆電就可以採用快閃記憶體來取代硬碟了吧！
