歡迎來到人機互動娛樂世界，各位。這次我們不談 Wii，也暫且不聽芬蘭那邊傳來的熊吼（為了集氣放必殺...），我們來開太空飛船，並學習如何閃避一個杯子，或者如何投置一顆蘋果，來讓你的競爭對手撞得鼻青臉腫。

NeonRacer 是由德國的一個五人小團隊研發的一個遊戲系統。遊戲平台是一個特殊的桌子（的確是個平台），桌面是螢幕，並帶有紅外線攝影鏡頭，當有物體放置到桌面（螢幕）上時，物體產生陰影的位置、形狀、大小就被攝像頭感應並映射到遊戲當中變成一個障礙物。基本的遊戲形式是大家圍著桌面（螢幕）以手柄操控各自的太空飛船在一個限定的二維空間內競速/射擊/遊盪，支持最多四船對戰。

顯然，這是一個不能和陌生人，尤其是約翰羅梅洛一起玩的遊戲（Doom、Quake等遊戲的締造者，id software創始人之一，喜歡一邊打遊戲一邊極其奔放的以言語羞辱對手），NeonRacer 的趣味得在朋友之間的打鬧中才能得到最大發揮。擊點看遊戲實際執行影片。
