美國駕駛挨罰！千萬不要亂搞交通號誌呀！

相信大家都有等紅綠燈等到要翻桌的經驗，可是好像大多數人都是默默的承受。美國科羅拉州的這位 Jason Niccum 先生，針對這種不愉快的經驗，還真是有他自己的一套！

他從網路上買來一種叫做 Opticon 的東西，就是消防人員在緊急事件發生時，利用遠紅外光來改變交通號誌的裝置。據說他是從 eBay 上買了的，一百美元一組。不過，還是最後被交通警察逮著了！

警察叔叔無意中觀察到某些特定路段的某些時刻，號誌出現了異常現象，於是便循線追查到了這位先生，他也因此而被罰上了五十美元。不過他老兄倒是一點悔意也沒有，還對記者說｢過去的兩年間用這東西省下的錢，繳這筆罰款根本是綽綽有餘！｣
