TDK 正積極研發 8 層 200 GB 藍光光碟

新力認為藍光 Blu-ray 光碟的規格、理論上應該有衝到 8 層 200 GB，甚至早在 2004 年的時候就試作過樣品了。現在這個重要的任務交棒給 TDK，換句話說 8 層 200 GB 邁向商業化是指日可待的事實。

TDK 量產化的產品應該是雙面 4 層光碟(或是單面 8 層)，而 TDK 關注的可能是 8 層藍光光碟哪時推出，但我們這些基層消費者更擔心未來 8 層藍光推出之時，手上的播放器能不能讀，才是真正的問題所在。
