水果牌加了消音器在 iPod 上！

蘋果電腦總是有求必應！受法國的法令要求（別誤會，不是那個！這個是關於隨身聽輸出音量的限制啦！）、以及美國本土的一件關於 iPod 造成聽覺受損的賠償官司雙重壓力下，蘋果電腦提供了具音量管控功能的更新給消費者，這樣一來，音樂的最大音量就會受到限制。

不過該項功能是可以被修改的，所以，如果有人把音量上限修在 11 ，結果還是一直用最大音量，那...該說聾了活該嗎？不過，這還是個相當貼心的設定，看看那個圖片中吶喊的傢伙，讓人不知不覺感激起了水果牌的高層！

法國說說，蘋果做做，如此而已啦！反正做了這項小功能對蘋果而言沒差，對消費者而言沒差，法國政府又可以搏個「為消費者著想」的美名，何樂而不為呢？

現在真正好玩的是看 DRM 案的未來發展。在這方面法國可能稍微撈過界了。
