Windows Vista 正確的版本數目：六種

上星期我們揭露 Windows Vista 有八種版本，不過微軟官方馬上把相關資訊拉下網頁，並否認這項消息。現在，我們終於確定這個次世代作業系統有 6 種，其中 3 種針對家庭發行、2 種針對企業以及 1 中針對新興市場。

喔，另外針對歐洲市場微軟也必須推出非搭載 Windows media player 的作業系統，看來應該不止六種版本吧。不管怎樣，微軟這六種版本是以「使用目的」作為分類，而不是以硬體效能進行分類。讓我們瞧瞧到底有哪六種吧：

Vista Starter：針對開發中國家，電腦效能稍遜的市場所設計。

Vista Home Basic：給上網收發信件、文書處理等一般使用者所設計的版本，其中包括桌面搜尋和安全防護工具。

Vista Home Premium：包含 Vista Home Basic 所有的功能，再加上 Aero 圖形介面、MCE 以及連接 Xbox 360 的功能。這應該是未來大夥家中會用的 Vista。

Vista Business：企業用最基本的 Vista 版本，用來管理公司行號的個人電腦用。

Vista Enterprise：當然包括 Vista Business 所有的功能，並增添加密以及 BitLocker 系統，以防止資料外洩的事情發生。

Vista Ultimate：以上五種版本的所有功能，終極版全部都有。
