我們早知道iRiver，Cowon和其它南韓的MP3製造商對三星為了獲得裝置在iPod Nano裡的NAND Flash訂單，不惜提供蘋果喪國辱權交易條件的行為大力怦擊。照目前情況來看，無論三星和蘋果的合作到底有沒有牽涉不公，南韓的公平交易委員都會介入調查。我們對南韓的公平交易法認識不深（高一的公民課都睡翻了）。無論三星和（或）蘋果有沒有任何違法的行為，我們相信iRiver和其它的MP3製造商一定對政府施加了很多壓力，才讓他們對這筆交易展開了調查。
