Google 也計畫進軍電視？

現在我們知道是誰和 TiVo 在共商大計了， Google 和 TiVo 即將要開創 Google Video，包括隱藏字幕或剪輯影像，讓使用者能隨選隨看。原來如此，之前買下數以萬計的光纖骨幹和未使用的頻寬就是用來進行這項多媒體應用計畫。那 Google 如何燃起這把火焰呢？現在進行的是公開與廣告（曾經有不過已經移除了）徵求 Google TV 的專案經理。這些新血想必應該專精於「網際網路、電視、隨選視訊、個人影像錄影（Personal Video Recorders）以及次世代透過 IP 連結數位機上盒等各式交互技術。」Google 正在尋找有 IPTV 運作經驗的人嗎？要不要算一下Engadget 上有多少人呢。
