沒錯，這看起來像是某位傢伙完成了我們都做不到的事情：讓PSP執行Linux 和 Windows作業系統。自從有了x86模擬器後，不是很確定PSPLinux計畫的執行人員把目標放在哪。然而一位名為Matan的PSP駭客，讓我們看到他在PSP裝上Boch(一套開放性資源的x86模擬器)，而且成功測試、開機以及執行Linux 和 Win95作業系統。不過自從PSPLinux計畫開始為原生(非模擬器)的作業系統而努力，因此這件事不會造成PSPLinux計畫停擺，所以大夥繼續努力前進，總有一天我們會成功的，抵達PSP作業系統的應許之地。
