最近關於手機的消息，在SE W800i的強力行銷下，幾乎聽不到其他行動電話的消息了。ASUS新推直立機種 V66也是主打多媒體功能，規格上除了頗遜的30 萬像素CMOS相機外(但仍支援4 倍數位變焦以及攝影功能)，其他包括26萬色1.8吋 TFT LCD螢幕、外接 miniSD 記憶卡，支援MP3和MPEG4格式播放、FM廣播功能，都相當符合「多媒體」的主題。V66有橘、銀兩種色系，建議售價為8200新台幣，已經上架。想要擁有多媒體手機，又從不考慮數位相機功能的朋友們，以V66合理的價位似乎是滿不錯的選擇。
