Apple為了DRM晶片把Intel娶進門了？

EG-20050605-1646533664354065 Wird網站主編Leander Kahney對於為何Apple會選擇Intel的晶片有個想法(插播一個Switcher的笑話)：不是因為它好看的外表也不是因為他們迷人的晚餐對話，Apple選擇Intel是為了他們的數位版權保護裝置。現在Pentium D處理器已經有了硬體式的防拷機制，這個想法是從電影工業更贊同將機制設在機器上而不是晶片上而來的。而Apple將會需要支援電影工業的做法，如果他們想做點瘋狂的事，例如設立隨選電影庫／iTunes Movie Store。所以我們了解Apple現在真的是愛上了Intel，但接下來才是需要深思的。你會怎麼想，我們需要你的預測，快說吧。
